David R. Lucas, Esq.

Founding Principal

Dave combines a passion for the law and a compassion for his clients. An established litigator, he founded the firm in 2013 and oversees its more complex litigation.

His clients include entrepreneurs, homebuyers, professionals and families, as well as the Grand Lodge of Masons in Massachusetts and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He handled legal matters for the City of Melrose for over 15 years. Admitted in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, he is a past president of the First District Eastern Middlesex Bar Association and a court-appointed conciliator for the Middlesex County courts.

Coleman J. Silver, Esq.

Litigation Associate

Coleman specializes in civil litigation in all courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Business litigation, real estate disputes, probate litigation and serious personal injury. Franklin and Marshall College; Suffolk University Law School. Away from the office: coach and volunteer for Buddy Ball Baseball, and a percussionist and vocalist.
